Choose the right experience
Start with the audience and the behavior you want to change. A product launch may need a guided demonstration; a partner event may need a hospitality experience; a pop-up may need a low-friction trial. Choose the format after defining the objective, not before.
Design the participant journey
Map the invitation, arrival, queue, interaction, opt-in and exit. Make the activity understandable without a long explanation. Plan accessible circulation, a clear host role and an alternate path for visitors who want information rather than a full experience.
Connect creative with production
Translate the concept into a site footprint, staffing brief, run of show, load-in plan and weather contingency. Confirm venue rules, insurance, structures, power and permissions before promising a public location. Third-party approvals and venue availability are not guaranteed.
Measure useful engagement
Agree on a measurement plan before production. Separate foot traffic from completed demonstrations, qualified inquiries and consented follow-up. Use clearly labeled QR links or campaign forms so your team can distinguish event interest from unrelated website traffic.
